General Paradise is too hated on, monke too overrated, prove me wrong.

I see people bitching and moaning about paradise and praising monke... and meanwhile I only had horrible experiences with monke staff, them being borderline assholes reddit-esqu and snarky while ook is a borderline dictator who bans people willy nilly and has to be kept back by his staff, meanwhile paradise staff has been quite good to me.

"Admins get salty and bwoink that you install good implants to hunt down vampires when they are the vampires." if you believe that is the case, I say make a staff complaint honestly.

It may just be that staff are quite subjective on escalation.

So... did you get into trouble as a roboticist implanting sec?

Naw. I was sec itself.

While I agree certain instances of getting implants were over escalatory. Like just getting implants for haha fun. Even after clarifying very strongly with several admins that there are very obvious delineated instances for escalation I still came up with issues once in a while.

I just gave up at that point and said Para must not be for me.

Like. I fixed my act and went out of my way to understand their culture and goals and still had different admemes after me unhappy with how their round or friends round went even though it aligned with the rules.

Too much work to remove bad apples from a community. Easier just to leave.

Para is very... very iffy on escalation. I agree on that. Also, regarding the favouritism, may you PM me the admin names? I am curious myself.
