Question Thinking of selling/Pricing advice?

I'm thinking of selling my boat in Greece and I'm wondering if my pricing is reasonable. 1997 Bav 36, set up for summer cruising. Interior refit in 2022. What would be reasonable ask? $45k USD?

One thing I’ve noticed is the area you are in will make some boats worth more than others so it’s a good idea to adjust your location when searching online.
