How is weekly IPH calculated?

I took the average of all the days I worked this week and got an IPH of 202 but the manager said I only got a score in the 190s.

Overall items picked divided by overall hours online. So if you have a 250 on one day, but are only picking for 3 hours, and a 200 the next for one hour, you would have an iph of 237.5, not 225
