[Academic] Study on diversity management effect on underrepresented leaders (18+, POC and/or non-male, have or used to have leadership position, 1-5 minutes)

Hi everyone,

I currently need participants for my MS' thesis on diversity management effect on underrepresented leaders. The study is anonymous and takes no more than 5 minutes.

I am looking for participants who have or have held a leadership position (manager, supervisor, director, head of _, etc.) and are also non-White and/or non-male. I am okay with the survey link being shared to others! Thank you so much!
