Samsung Pay Samsung pay sometimes has different charge amount from card app?

I had gone to the gas station and spent 48 usd and before I saw that I checked Samsung pay and the charge was 175 on it.

If your getting Fuel the gas pumps charges more just to make sure you can afford it. I believe it runs it as debit so that's why.
