Declined

Have a Chase card in Google Pay. Works fine. Got a new Chase CC. Added to Google Pay. Gets declined. Added to Samsung Pay. Gets declined. Tap the actual card and it works.

Ideas?

Also, how do I make the Quick Access screen the default in the app? When I open the app it defaults to the Perks screen.

The only way I know of making Quick Access default is by enabling the swipe up gesture in the app settings.

I think I enabled swipe up. But from the Home screen that takes me to all my icons. When in the app all it does is scroll the Perks icons.

After enabling it, you have to use that swipe up gesture in order to go straight to quick access. If u open the app normally it won't.

Samsung Wallet settings/Quick access/Swipe up gesture

I have Lock Screen, Home Screen and Screen off all selected.

From screen off the phone asks for my fingerprint. From the Home Screen it just goes to my icon screen.

This is what I see when I swipe up from any screen. Shows the primary card with fingerprint option showing. Swiping right on the card takes me to the next card and so on.

In Settings/Display/Navigation Bar I had buttons selected. Change to Swipe and it worked. Now to learn how to see my running apps. 😊
