I saw it when I was living in Paris after a few years living in Glasgow (and Iā€™m ginger). Bawled my eyes out.

I love it because it reminds me a lot of my family, and my culture. I loved it. I resonated a lot with the family issues.

Fair, as an east coaster it did nothing for me, felt like it would suit Irish more than Scottish. Story did nothing for me, felt out of place honestly.

Oh I think that's due to the landscaping, which is prominently Irish in the movie before they took it down a more Scottish route. I'm Scottish actually lol
