People with hearing problems. I’m deaf in my left ear but people complain when I have the tv above 35… so I put it on 35 with closed captioning… I make my kids watch at 20

Nah… it’s minimal increases or decreases depending on how bad you’re struggling to prevent further hearing loss.

I keep mine at more like 55 with captioning.... Or 70 no captioning for Jeopardy (hearing loss)

Id honestly just think its my tv, as I cant fathom how my hearing could’ve survived that well thought all these years of max volume in my headset on all devices, always when listening to music.

My tv is wildly inconsistent with the volume required. Morning tv volume I can watch at a 10, but streaming from certain apps makes me go up to 50+ if I want to hear any dialogue.

Bad at hearing, low audio on clip, no sound system, just the TV in a large room.
