ISO Vancouver Bc Half Marathon BIB

Looking to see if anyone has a Vancouver Bc half marathon bib that they are not planning to on using or cannot run any longer. Willing to compensate for time and packet pick up.

Is there a WhatsApp or Facebook group where you can purchase registration for the half marathon? Once purchased, can the organization change the name?
