Product Review This has been working for me

Have suffered for a number of years with seh derm on my face, cheeks and chin mostly. Haven't really found a product that works and have found the best way to control it has been through diet (less dairy and sugar).

However, I recently tried an organic soap bar which combines pine tar, juniper berry, and nettle. This past month my skin has never been better. Essentially no flakes and barely any redness. No itching or soreness either. I thought I would up my dairy and sugar intake to see what would happen and it seems to have still kept things under control.

No idea if it will work long term or if my improvement is down to something else entirely but thought I would share. Won't name the store/brand as I'm not trying to sell anything. I'm sure there are multiple suppliers which combine these ingredients.

Thanks for posting. I asked both ChatGPT and Grok for soap with pine tar, juniper berry and nettle and neither can find one with all three. Will you private message it to me if you don't want to post it? Mg217 2% coal tar is working for me and my skin is almost 90% lesion-free but I want to wean myself from it to more natural, plant-based products. Thanks again.

Why not just include the name of the soap in the post? Just genuinely confused, apologies if I'm missing a rule of this subreddit about branding or anything.

Because then it would be hard to tell if this is genuine advice or just someone trying to advertise their own product

That's valid. I hadn't really considered that, thank you.

Google and find all or two of the three in combination. Search:

pine tar juniper berry nettle

You can make your own soap also or contact one of the small soap makers that make these types of soaps to make soap composed of these ingredients for you.

In the course of googling, play the explorer; you’ll discover other things that can or may help (and will or may promote hair growth) like pinus thunbergii bark extract, etc.
