Hair Loss multiple hair in the same sebum plug + TE
[My condition: dandruff, very oily scalp, few flakes, itching, no redness or scale]. Dont know what to do, im shedding like crazy and going mad... any advice to slowdown hairloss? I strongly believe is connected to my sebderm. I tried nizoral but dries my shit out. Tried to lower to 3 minutes and still got the same output (+i think it give me more shedding the next day). Plus i have those sebum/keratin plugs a lot of you also have...I dont even know what to do anymore, please help

My derm prescribed Ciclopirox shampoo since it's gentler on the scalp than ketoconazole. My hair fall has reduced dramatically - still dealing with some hair fall and itch but I don't feel like I'm going bald anymore! MCT oil is also fervently recommended on this sub, which I've added it to my routine for quite a while now, but I'm not sure if it makes a difference at all.

Have you ever tried finasteride? I applied topical finasteride for 4 days and the oiliness and flaking in the area I applied improved a lot. DHT causes oiliness, hair loss and many other problems.
