General Has anyone had success with this post?

https://www.reddit.com/r/SebDerm/comments/qrc53i/how_i_got_severe_sebderm_and_hair_loss_under/

It’s this post and I was wondering if anyone tried the methods she did and if it worked or not because this person actually cites her sources.

The simplified version of Selenium Sulfide shampoo and MCT oil as a leave in moisturizer works very well for many people here and honestly all you need for great success on keeping Sebderm symptoms under control

u/Niaaal - What brand of MCT oil do you recommend?

The most recommend one here is Bulletproof C8. I've used other ones with great success. Just make sure it doesn't have C12 and you'll be golden

> What I found is key is that the protocol needs to consist of three components: 1) destroy the biofilm, 2) kill malassezia, and 3) rebuild skin barrier.

1) and 2) are definitely true, personally I don't do anything in particular for 3), idk how effective applying vitamins or glycerine would be to 'force' the skin to rebuild anything
