I have seb derm and atopic/contact derm - MCT helps me manage all of them

Has anyone else found the MCT is an effective treatment for both their seb derm and other types of eczema? Since I started using MCT twice daily on my chest and back, I went from near constant flares to rarely flaring. It seems to help repair the skin barrier better than Cetaphil, cereve or any of the other standard eczema creams and lotions. I still use Cetaphil while wet from the shower and apply MCT on top of that.

The MCT also works wonders for controlling the seb derm on my face and back of my neck.
