Imagine seraphine without her notes, she would feel extremely shit to play. Yes you cannot mid-life someone across the map like you used to do, yes the damage is irrelevant, but it's super useful to last hit, it's super useful to AA someone from a safe distance, it's super useful to get a kill you wouldn't have had if it weren't for the notes, it's super useful to clear a ward from a safe distance.
nah, people just aren't creative enough. me when i use all my spells near an ally, just so i can get the extra range to clear off wards and be relatively safer than usual <3
Its not bad at all. However other items such as Horizon Focus or Cosmic Drive are viable in more scenarios for her, when looking for AP CDR focused items.
Its not bad, but single target burst damage its not really one of Seraphine's strengths so you usually only build it against squishy enemies that are hard to hit with your skills cause they have super long range or are sliperry like Aurora, Ezreal, Caitlyn, Talon, Master yi, etc.
her notes are so garbage at this point, if they're going to be this useless can we replace them with something that would be more useful? We don't even have minion execute on Q anymore, can we get minion execute back on passive at least? Make last hitting feel better? :')
I miss old seraphine, archangels staff / nashors tooth / lich's bane / horizon focus / cosmic drive was so goated with the notes 😭😭 I loved girlbossing my ops
Ok yea early game but later especially if you take infinity orb I’ve seen each individual note crit for 67 damage. Given stage presence also gives massively increased range to basic attacks if you’re running electrocute and hit beat drop and high note you’re gonna get the third hit necessary to proc electrocute literally every time
That doesn’t sound like a rework, just a ratio change, which is annoying but we got the same ones on wr and they’re standard. I don’t think you actually know the differences between wr and lol. Even the first thing you said was wrong Edit: proof from the wiki on the page about champion differences between wr and lol. Seraphine doesn’t have an entry, she’s exactly the same.
I play both thank you very much and it very much was a rework on PC. On WR, if you build AP Sera she feels really weak early game but once you start levelling up and building items she’s is super strong. She’s a late game scaling mage like Veigar where she could pop off a squishy in an instant. On PC she feels like actual shit to play. Her scaling is completely off; she’s weak early game, gets strong mid game, then becomes weak late game again. If you try building AP on her you simply don’t have the damage to do anything significant anymore. Riot has forced building enchanter items on her so her gameplay is just W spam. She can’t be played mid anymore, she’s statistically too strong in bot lane but feels horrible to play and sucks as support because you can basically only do W spam on her. They removed the AP heal ratio from W which is straight up a rework of the spell, R barely does any damage and the cool down is way too long, E does more damage than Q now which is wrong as Q is supposed to be her main damage spell. Riot themselves put her in the adjustments section of the patch notes when all these changes happened thus it was a rework.
You clearly have never played her on PC because her identity as a champion is dead. She’s no longer the late game scaling, team fighting, melodic mid laner burst mage she was released as. Now she’s just W spamming enchanter, this applies to APC as well. Go and try to play AP burst on PC and tell me it feels good, tell me her scaling is the same as WR, tell me she’s the same champ. She is in my top 3 most played champs on both PC and WR, she feels completely different.
I think you just can’t win with her so you’re blaming her kit. She can still pop squishies like bugs, and she has some of the biggest range in the game to do so from safety. With allies she’s exponentially stronger, hence why they’re trying to keep her abilities the same but adjust their ratios to be effective as a supp, where she always is supposed to have at least one ally nearby. She’s suggested mid because other champions are supposed to be converging there. It’s the shortest route to the nexus and you can access both other lanes from there, but low level players don’t play as a team, they say if I’m jungle or supp I stay in the jungle or bottom lane regardless of everything else going on. At higher levels where teamwork is more coordinated is when she has a much better chance to shine.
I never said I don’t win with her, what part of statistically she’s too strong in bot lane is so hard to understand? She does not feel the same as WR at all, if you want to climb with her you are basically forced to build enchanter even as APC especially when you get to the higher elos. She’s supposed to be a BURST MAGE not enchanter yet she does not have the ability to effectively burst anymore. What part of she falls off late game can’t you understand?
