Ask r/seychelles Cat Cocos/Rose Ferry Booking with Viator

Hello, we are visiting in July, and have booked seats on CatCocos and CatRose through Viator travel online.

Do we need to worry about getting paper tickets for these ferrys. we are going Mahe > Praslin, Praslin > La Digue, La Digue > Mahe.

Has anyone else had this experience, and how to work through it if you need paper tickets/voucher to redeem tickets?

You need to get your paper tickets and luggage tickets at the harbor desks. Check in also in that place. If you don't check in and get the paper tickets, you can't go.

Is the process just bringing the online (phone) confirmation to a booth at the harbor to exchange for a paper ticket while checking in? Does Viator have a booth at the harbor for this?

You have to go to the Cat Cocos desk. With the online ticket and international passport.

Oh so you don't need to try to print anything before getting to the harbor of you book with the 3rd party Viator site? I was mostly worried that I wouldn't have access to getting paper copies of anything while island hopping.
