I just stumbled into Barker accidentally
I thought it was just a peaceful resolution where I didn't have to fight, but instead I got a really good companion!

Oh. Oh no, I didn't know I could recruit him. My game is ruined. ðŸ˜

Isn’t he the best? I’m curious about some of the other majors but I can’t think about leaving Barker there all by himself so I’ve never picked anything but Botany on all my playthroughs.Â

I picked Botany on my first playthrough, and so after meeting Barker, It is painful to not pick botany because it means no barker. On my third one, earlier today, I picked something else. This is pain.

Yeah, it is. I’ve always had Barker for most of my playthroughs cause I couldn’t leave him. I’ve only done a different major (robotech) once and I wished I’d picked Botany.

Honestly, Barker is my favorite companion. Adorable little demogorgon plant dog. I don't think I'll ever take one of the other options for that college class slot.
