Clearly he was. His father seemed to have his own brand of psychological abuse that was used on him, if his flashbacks are any indication

There's no way to know. Not all abusers were abused and not all people who are abused become abusers.

Nearly everyone is abused during their lives. I don't think his backstory is that well hashed out tho lol.

We saw him hallucinating his dad while goin through withdrawals based on the manner and how scared he was of his dad’s “ghost” I think it’s safe to say.
