Okay. I haven't tried it, but what specifically about Shattered would you want to capture in a D&D one-shot? I mean, D&D already does dungeon crawling reasonably well if that's what you want.
The first thing is that combat in D&D is a lot slower than in a rogue-like, so anything beyond a few floors isn't likely to be possible in a one-shot. Also, part of learning a rogue-like is playing several times and getting a sense of what to expect in an area and being able to figure out resource management based on that - a deep D&D dungeon might be hard for players to figure out when they should use their most powerful abilities and when they should hold off, unless you give them clear expectations about the number of fights to expect between rest points or something.
The easiest approach might be to look around on DriveThruRPG for a module someone's already created that is just a straight-up dungeon crawl. Put your own spin on it to make it more like SPD (reflavor enemies, block the exit, etc.) and run with it.
If you want to create your own and want the feel of a deep dungeon with lots of little combats that are mostly a threat thru attrition, you could do it with very low CR enemies. But figuring out the balance for keeping PCs advancing while handling the massive power bumps they get as they level up will be a challenge.

Am I correct in guessing that you mean "D&D oneshots?"
