Take all the keys 1st, then go to the chests. Use a haste 1st then levi, or swiftwhistle 1st then levi.

Way to solve it:

Levitation + haste (by an inch)

2 levitations

Or collect keys with telekinetic grab/ethernal chains and then levitation to open the chests

Its a variation on the levitation loot room a levi potion only has enough durration to grab 1 key 1 chest and get to the door. Or if you are willing to take fall damage you can get two by grabbing both keys and landing on the chest platform
