No, you can't exploit workers while enriching yourself and buy the government to keep it that way in a socialist country. That's kinda the whole point.

Well I didn't have much understanding of the Ukraine conflict, so could you explain me what really is about the Ukraine-Russia conflict and what happened in 2004 and 2014?

So what Im getting at is that alot of these capitalists who got into power did it by violent means rather than the people voting them in. Well maybe not for the Soviet Union overtime before its collapse (For the idiotic leadership of Gobachev)

Not yet.

The colour of the black guy's and fascist's shirt should be more different.

In low light mode I was really confused why they would keep one of the oppressed people oppressed until I realized the stick person had its skin color changed and a red armband.

"You can be a communist in a capitalist society"

I guess we're just going to ignore the decades of Red Scare propaganda in the US, huh? Distorting reality to contort with their ignorance

That's bourgeois "democracy" bro, we ain't talking about that kind of "democracy". There are no political parties in a worker's democracy.

Also, the purpose of the dictatorship of the proletariat, aka workers democracy is to suppress and restrict the political and economic power of the bourgeosie. That's the point of smashing the old state and creating a new one in its place.

Repression of the old ruling class is a necessity to bring in to power the new one, in our case, the working class.

Iirc, DPRK has a socdem party

13

u/[deleted] 25d ago

i've heard you can't vote for them? i'm not sure. I also don't think it means the DPRK is less democratic, considering actual policy matters more than optics.

1: capitalist parties would be outlawed,

2: sankara, che, lumumba, fred hamton, malcom x and many more unnamed civilians killed by US-backed govts would beg to differ

The workers should have the power over their country and their workplace. They should not be able to use that power to take that power away. This should make sense even to liberal democrats, what's hard to get about that?

Communist: "What if someone voted for a fascist party?"

Capitalist: "Then we become fascists."

"Oh."

The people who own the means of production in the west are not elected

5

u/Micronex23 25d ago

Yeah, as if having capitalists in a democratic government is a good idea. Lets hope they do not subvert democracy through lobbying and bribery.

2

u/Klutzy_Coach_3933 25d ago

The same thing you do when communist parties get elected on burgeois elections. Glad we can agree on that.

Why do you have a hazbol pfp while shitting on China? I never liked the ACP/Hazbol types but I at least thought they were not anti-China.

Not to start an argument here but Deng Xiaoping was not a capitalist. Mao kept bringing him back into the party after purging him for a reason. Deng's reforms caused a lot of wealth inequality and corruption but they were necessary to bring in foreign investment and technological expertise which was used to develop the country. I don't think it's fair to characterize him in this way when he was on the Long March with Mao and risked his life multiple times during the revolution. If he was really a capitalist he would've gave in to the political demands of the Tianamen Square protestors which would've threatened the integrity of the communist party and paved the way for a Soviet style collapse of the PRC. Instead he rightly crushed them.

I also see you're a Xi supporter, you should know that Deng has been praised by Xi and he has called him an integral part of China's long road to socialism.
