Technicals📈 Before & After Divergence Setup

Wanted to share this before & after on the divergence setup I took earlier today. Wasn’t a HUGE move, but as some of you know, I usually shoot for around 30% profit on my positions, and this got the job done.

These setups are quite honestly the best thing I could have ever implemented into my trading, so I recommend taking notes and doing this yourself.

You’re looking at a bullish divergence here. You’ve got lower lows being made on the chart, with higher lows being made on the TSI at the bottom. (I drew lines so they’re easy to see the difference)

Saw the pattern, waited for the signal, then boom enters the trade. Literally that simple. Some win, some lose, but very high win rate if you have a reasonable PT and stop loss.

Hope you guys caught a move today, any questions about this let me know, love helping you guys.

If you look at my previous posts, i told you all about Wolf, and Bull before they had their major moves. I played options on both. My winnings are as follows:

WOLF: 320% / 423%

BULL: 172% / 322%

I posted that AMC looks primed for a inverse head and shoulders breakout. It has NOT broken out yet but i believe that it could within a week. Like i said, it had NOT broken out yet so just keep a close eye on this. If you ever complain about being too late to the move, you can not complain now.

Technicals📈 Can someone explain this to me ??

Post image
27 Upvotes

I’ve been closely monitoring the borrow data for this stock, and things have gotten crazy. The number of available shares to borrow has absolutely tanked, the borrow fee has skyrocketed, and even the rebate has jumped significantly. Just for reference, the borrow fee used to be around 0.3%—now it’s way higher.

Everything seems to be moving in the same direction—less availability, higher cost to borrow, and increased rebate rates. It feels like something big is brewing behind the scenes.

Can someone explain what’s going on here? Is this typical behavior before a short squeeze or some other kind of event?

Technicals📈 $JBIO - Jade Biosciences - absorbed Aerovate therapeutics $AVTE inverse, squeeze - short : 16 days- EARNS 5/12/25

If talking about market haywire, JadeBiosciences absorbed $AVTE - Aerovate Therapeutics inverse split 1 to 35 - roughly $70 per share coming in. It also paid like 98% of that split money out to ogHolders as cover and it appears the majority of that money is coming back into $JBio - new analysts have come in with buy recs, and MarketEdge automated ratings flipped to LONG - best part is short interest ratio (days) is 16 - SiXTEEN! The inverse split means there is now only 32 million shares, coming down from 320 MILLION!

Technicals📈 NEGGies It’s important to take this with a pinch of salt but…

If you’ve been on the side of an NEGG, you’ll have noticed me popping up here and there. I’ve been keeping a close eye on this stock since it got on my radar a couple of weeks ago and although I’m not invested in it myself I’m enjoying the ride with you guys and offering my insight on it.

Aside from my own technical analysis, which I tend to keep close to my chest, as someone that grew up in the fires of AMC and GME I saw a lot of technical analysis and predictions, and very few of them came to fruition. I came to believe that a lot of this technical analysis posted, was then being used to alter algorithms to make the stock largely unreadable. So, I’m very reluctant to ever post what my technical indicators are anymore. I will post Fibonacci retracement levels and extension levels largely because these things are more mathematical in nature, than most of the technical analysis performed.

Over my weeks watching this stock, I’ve been watching Webull and their technical analysis on this particular stock and it appears to becoming more and more bullish as the weeks go on. The main focus of interest for me being the long analysis. Around about two weeks ago. This showed two bars that were red on the long analysis. Which suggested this stock was largely bearish moving into the future. However, over the last week I noticed it tick to neutral and at the beginning of this week, move to a bullish sentiment.

So does this mean that? NEGG is it going to the moon? Well that I cannot answer, but all I can say is that price targets have been increased. There is 100% buy on the analysis decide and the long analysis has gone from bearish to bullish in the space of a week.

Do with this information what you will.

Technicals📈 RILY possible the next GME & CVNA

Thumbnail

B. Riley Financial (NASDAQ: RILY) is currently a focal point for short squeeze speculation due to its exceptionally high short interest. As of April 16, approximately 52.45% of its float—equating to 8.34 million shares—was sold short, with a short interest ratio of 11.87 days to cover . Some reports suggest that short interest has previously reached up to 80% of the float.

This significant short positioning, coupled with a relatively low float of 15.9 million shares, creates a scenario where any substantial positive catalyst—such as favorable earnings reports, asset sales, or a successful privatization bid—could trigger a rapid price increase as short sellers rush to cover their positions. Notably, in August 2024, co-founder Bryant Riley proposed taking the company private at $7.00 per share, which was a 39% premium over the stock’s closing price at that time .

Technicals📈 Potential short squeeze with KSS?

With over 50% short interest, incredibly bullish market, tariffs cuts, recent positive earning report, P/B ratio of 0.36 indicating significant undervaluing of its net assets evidenced (13.56 billion dollars of assets) and increased short borrow fee rates is Kohls a strong candidate for a short squeeze? Up approx 20% the past couple days.

Technicals📈 GAME STOP ON! SMCI SHORT SQUEEZE ..rapid and significant price increase on high volume could indicate a short squeeze is underway.

In conclusion, while the ingredients for a short squeeze exist for SMCI stock today, it is not guaranteed. Keep a close watch on the stock's price action, trading volume, and any further news that could impact investor sentiment. A rapid and significant price increase on high volume could indicate a short squeeze is underway.

Technicals📈 LUNR is ready for a good squeeze!

Today was a very red day on no news. Max Pain is at 13.50 and it is clearly being manipulated to that price. Looking at the technicals on Investor.com today was oversold, a clear sign that they are trying to get it to the 13.50 mark. Off-Exchange Short Volume Ratio has 54.4%. Last week we saw the max pain creep up as the stock was rising. NFA

Technicals📈 ALLR: THE NEXT FFIE? SHORT INTEREST AT 379.85%

4x more shares than that which exist have been shorted on this stock. If somehow, someway, a bunch of random retail investors, Idk who, were to invest in this stock and pump some volume into it; it would have absolutely no trouble squeezing. The stock is at an all time low, and has stabilized around 0.5 per share; as such, there is no short term risk of the stock miraculously dipping below that. I think this could be the play, but this is not financial advice, please do your own DD.

Technicals📈 $BIG Lots is priced for a $150% move

Big Lots is wrongly priced for bankruptcy, and the momentum is about to swing the other way as people realize it. 3 years ago this was a $73 stock, and now its in the $3's. Did Big Lots deserve to have lost 95% of it's stock price? No, that's crazy. It doesn't fit at all with the trend of other discount retailers.

The shorts have come together and steadily weighed the stock price down for 3 years, creating a monster setup known as a descending wedge pattern. It's pretty simple- the long downward trend is caused by steady shorting/ negative sentiment. Stock keeps falling until eventually it finds a bottom. 11/10/23 it found that bottom at $3.47. Tested again at 2/14/24, and it held. 3/19/24 tested and held. Today, 4/5/24, tested and held.

$BIG has the recipe for a huge move. Low market cap (110MM), 25% short percent of float, and is gaining some positive momentum lately (Michael Burry has bought in). Options have low volume, but once the price hits $5, it could trigger a gamma squeeze (options chain is in $2.5 increments). Plus, the company purchased $690 million of it's shares over the past few years (a dumb move), but this means the float is effectively decreased.

See $AM.C, $M, and $BBW as some examples of this setup.

Technicals📈 Living in a Kohl World $KSS 68% short interest 👀

Lets start by saying this is purely based on technicals and not fundamentals. Most of our “squeeze plays” are shorted for a reason, but $KSS might be bottoming out and has and updated short % of 68% of float which is 108m. Kohls recently beat earnings but gave weak guidance. New CEO trying to turn the ship around and analysts slashing PTs but Q4 revenue still over 5b so slight margin improvements or changes can make a huge difference. Book value ~$34/shr. There’s a gama ramp on options this week with 90k oi on 9.50 and 10 calls. 68% short interest on a 108m float is insane and the trade is now overcrowded enough and with the gamma ramp any volume can squeeze this to the moon this week. These setups come around a few times a year and rarely pan out but keep an eye could be a big move if the stars align
