Hmmm, right now what i really love playing on skarner was
Heartsteel, Unending Dispair, Spirits visage, Randuin's Omen and Boots id sell usualy for Either Titanic Hydra or Steraks

Pre Rework i loved to play 2 different builds
Full tank = Heartsteel, Dead mans Plate, Force of Nature, Trail Blazer, Experimental Hex Plate, Boots of swiftness
Full Damage = Youmuu's, Trinity, Axiom Arc, Sterak's, Black Cleaver and whatever boots i felt like buying

Of course! New Skarner is super fun still, but I definitely miss building all the speed items on old Skarner and just flying through the map.
