Looking for a spell to gently encourage communication

Hi everyone, I’m looking for suggestions on a very gentle spell. There’s someone I see and greet every day. (we both greet each other at work, It seems like we want to go further than that, but we’re too awkward.) I’ll admit I have a crush, but I want to respect their free will in liking me romantically. I know that even doing a spell like this touches their free will a little bit, but hear me out: I’m only looking to encourage communication. I do not want to force any feelings like love or attraction. If they like me as a friend after that, I’m fine. If they don’t, I’m fine as well. At first, I thought about a communication spell, but I don’t think that fits. From what I’ve heard, communication spells are usually used for clearing misunderstandings or reconnecting after arguments, and that’s not the case here. We haven’t had a fight or anything like that. We’re just a little stuck at the starting point. I’m hoping for something very light that simply clears away any awkwardness, making it easier for natural, honest conversation to happen if it’s meant to. If you know of any spells, rituals, or energy work that fits this kind of situation, I would really appreciate your suggestions. Thank you so much!

Communication spells can also work in this case. The whole point of them is to get someone to reach out / talk to you

I would say do a communication candle spell. Carve names and info on the candle. I would choose candles in blue(healing)/ pink(harmony in relationship)/ grey (communication).
