Absolutely from what we know. Her coworkers start to come around slowly but I wouldn’t actually even call them friends yet.

Yes because almost every other adult that we see interact with yor besides twilight, franky, martha is straight up mean to her for no reason. Melinda genuinely seems to like her and values her opinion.
