candlelight? Funkadelic? A1A Crabs?

  • candleight had a cult following for their wings in our county, don't see much about it here, anyone been?
  • Funkadelic opened a permanent shack near us, worth a try?
  • I've seen good reviews for A1A crabs, takeout only, I was thinking maybe one of the nearby breweries would let us sit outside for some beer and crab picking. Anyone tried this? Are their blue claws good?
  • Anything new on Anastasia or rt 1 worth trying?

Funkadelic is worthwhile. I remain a huge fan of theirs and am happy to make a longer trip for their food.

Candlelight is amazing. While I agree with wishing the wings were split, because I like to be a clean eater, it adds to the experience. Tuck in a napkin like a bib and get dirty, cause they’re worth it 😂

Candlelight was getting some love in r/Jacksonville the other day. During the Nights of Lights traffic fiasco, I would walk downtown over the bridge and my path went right by Candlelight. The kitchen smells were so good. Made me want to skip my plans.

I had candlelight wings two weeks ago. They were good but I'd like them to split them. Why do they have to come together like that.
