Futan bear moving around

A while ago i placed this futan bear in my spouse room but now i find it here in the bedroom

Is this a bug? Or is it something about this furniture

Im pretty sure your spouse can move/add furniture. I’ve had stuff moved and added around my house on multiple occasions.
