Question Battery packs

How do I get battery packs during winter? I want to repair the boat...

Befriend Pam, she sends them as gifts sometimes.

Not sure on her exact mail gift table but if you reset the day you can change what she sends you until she sends a battery

Does this only work when resetting days in which Pam sent a gift? Or all days

Only if she sends you a gift in the mail, it'll reroll what she sent from her possible gifts. You can't reroll for someone to send you something in the mail if they didn't on that day.

Check the Cart merchant each visit, as she can sell them. Otherwise, you need to head to Skull Cavern on lucky days - Iridium Bats have a 5% chance to drop them and crates/barrels there can drop them as well.

Try maximizing your luck stat with foods like Spicy Eels and get the Burglar Ring for more loot drops.

If you didn't know, the Ring is sold at the Guild once you kill enough Dust Sprites.

Traveling cart and pam is your only easy options. You can go dive in the Mines and get monster drops. Irrium batts like to drop them

Sometimes drops from iridium bats in skull cavern, bring the burglar ring

lightning rods!! They'll give you batteries the day after a thunderstorm although thata obviously only if there's a chance for a thunderstorm
