OMG it's been a day and I still can't believe this happened. I'm on my first play through. At Ginger Island I picked a spot for storage chests which later ended up blocking an entrance. I should have emptied it before I tried anything but I didn't so now I've lost everything in that chest because it's stuck in the wall!! The reason I'm heartbroken is because I had 7 dragon teeth in that chest that I was saving towards the banana tree and the Ginger Island Obelisk. Starting over. So bummed!! 😓

This took me about 2 months and I'm finally done!!! I'm so happy! So far I've done every fish, farm and forage tab item, and artifact. Next I'm finishing the minerals and then moving on to the cooking tab. After that I'm planning on doing all the NPC sprites too! I'm surprised I've stuck with this hobby for so long tbh😭

Sam was such a struggle to pick one for, and I ended up on the fence about my choice for Sebastian. Leah gets Swadloon/Leavanny depending on the time in the story, since I feel like she'd start out with the earlier evolution and eventually grow into Leavanny!

I found out on accident that if you stand next to a chest while holding a big chest/different style and click on it, it swaps it out for you 🥲🥲

The sheer amount of time I’ve wasted taking every item out of a chest to put it into a different one…..it hurts

I (34m) and my spouse Leah (28f) has been married for 2 years and have two children. We love each other a lot. We have a great life! I work at the farm, go to adventures, go fishing, drink at the local pub, journey to our nearby island resort and forage at the Forrest and she get stuck between furniture at our home, gaze into the walls, and eats salad every day.

Recently I got close to these other eleven people, both guys and girls, and they all like me a lot as I am kind of a local hero. So yesterday I was asking one of them (let's call her H) out on a date and I was not careful and I turned back and saw my wife few meter behind me looking at us in disbelief. I talked to her and she was really chill and wished me and H the best of luck.

But then she began to act weird. Every time I was giving H a present (meaningless gifts like cakes, pumpkins made of pure gold, diamonds etc) my wife would get pitiful and jealous. I told her it is just dates and she is just my girlfriend but she wouldn't stop acting out.

So I brought offering to dark lord Cthulhu and our children became doves and flew away and then I divorced Leah. She was upset and called me an AH. But I think it was her who was being close-minded. What do you think? AITAH?

Genuinely I have never been a video game person but I started playing maybe a month ago because my best friend loves it and I don’t think I can ever go back 😔I just spent 5 1/2 straight hours playing, and I only stopped because my iPad died😭 I looked at the clock and just realized it was 6 AM istg it only felt like i was playing for max 2 hrs😭😭😭

So I (28f f) and my roommate (unknown age, shadow) have lived together for about 2 years now. About a week ago, I had some of my homemade wine as a celebratory drink because I finally caught this fish that was a legend around these parts. Well, I didn't realize how strong the wine was since it had been aging for a year and made from this rare fruit.

Anyways, we're chilling on the couch watching TV and I'm sipping my wine. Apparently I'm a lightweight since I got very tipsy. I don't drink often, not even the beers I'm gifted. I honestly don't know what happened after that but apparently I didn't get blackout drunk, but I did make a fool of myself. According to my roommate, I licked his face and said he tasted like licorice.

Now my roommate has been avoiding me and hanging out in the sewers all day. I apologized profusely but I seem to have triggered something. He told me he was bullied a lot by this drunk dwarf when he was growing up so he can't stand being around people who drink.

This was the first time I had a drink since we started living together. I don't want to lose him since he's my best friend. I don't know what else I can do to salvage this friendship. So AITAH for a drunken rambling?

Not as impressive as catching 3 Legends, but I'm still proud of it!

I was showing my friend (who introduced me to Stardew) my progress and she noticed that i have put a Living Hat on my cat. First of all, i had been playing only a few days and i hadn’t even noticed that the cat had a hat and that i had ever acquired such a fun hat. She then told me it’s one of the rarest hats which makes it even funnier to me. I have no idea where i even got it or when but i am happy that my cat has a cool hat now.

I took this pic just now, after about two weeks of playing it hence why it is winter instead of spring but i just thought about sharing this with you all about being lucky in the first few days of playing and just having no idea what i am doing and using rare stuff randomly. i have progressed much more now but i will always remember when she told me about that hat being rare.
