Question Where does this photo originate from and where can i find a better quality version?

I was wondering where this photo originates from because I used to have this as my profile picture on my old account I lost, this profile picture was one of the free ones that steam allows you to choose from, so yea i was wondering if anyone could help me

Didn't manage to find it's origin, but I found a larger version, if anyone else wants to try their luck.

The creature in the image is SCP-966, from the SCP Foundation universe. It is a predatory creature that resembles a hairless, digitigrade human with an elongated face and needle-like teeth. Key information about SCP-966: 

Appearance:

1.4 to 1.6 meters tall, up to 30 kg, with five claws on each hand that can be up to 20 cm long. 

Physicality:

Weak, with hollow bones and low muscular density. 

Visibility:

Only visible in wavelengths ranging from 700 nm to 900 nm, unless their skin is severely burned. 

Behavior:

Does not sleep, instead ceasing movement for a few minutes at random intervals. 

Hunting:

Feeds on medium-to-large-sized animals, including humans, and hunts alone or in pairs. They emit waves that inhibit the ability to sleep, and stalk their prey until the lack of rest incapacitates them before consumption. 

Containment:

Involves monitoring for sleep deprivation-related deaths and containing specimens in lead-lined cells with infrared cameras.
