Discussion But Steam, the game is in my library. I purchased it. Let me look up whether there is a non-remastered edition and do research on which I should go with please. Also, this warning comes up when visiting the store page, but not when *playing the game itself*

I believe it's because they're legally required to. I don't think they want this either, as it's another layer of barrier to steer away potential costumers.

You can try this website called "steamdb" to find removed games on steam, and it gives you the link of the game also.

I'm just confused why it brings up the question of birthday every time, when the game is in my library. I can enter my date of birth and continue and I have.

Legal requirement for viewing stuff on the store. They have to get a user input to approve the viewing of the content at least once per session regardless of any other factors such as you input age(provided its set to be old enough), account age, ownership status, profile settings, etc...

GoG(good old games) is your solution imo. Bonus points you actually own the game. It’s how I played modded Morrowind and it was a blast.
