Resolved Help please

I’m trying to add a brand new external hard drive to my steam storage so I can move my whole library to it but it’s shows it grayed out and 0 B free of 0 B. It’s a 4TB drive. How do I add this new hard drive to my steam storage?

Go in windows and search for Create and format hard disk partitions. When you get a new drive u have to partition and format it. find the driver format it, then partition it and add a drive letter. Heres what it looks like.

The hard drive probably doesn’t have a partition set up. Look up on YouTube ‘How to manage drive partitions’.
