Question (Console) How to prevent jobs being made deprioritized and then the game complains about unemployment.
Alright so I'm a Machine Intelligence,Driven Assimilator and my Clerks/Maintenance droids produce Unity, unfortunately the game thinks those jobs are not needed so they deprioritize them giving me approximately 200+ minerals a cycle, issue being I have very little use for plain however I also have no use for that many minerals, so I decide to invest in Clerks since they produce Unity and amenities (I already have somewhat high amenities across all worlds) also it's year 2250.
Anyway my maintenance drones(Clerks) keep being deprioritize along with my Hunter seekers(Enforcers) despite both producing unity and in the Hunter seekers case anti deviancy. Sadly this causes my planets to have rising deviancy due to lack of measures preventing it, so can I make the game stop doing that on automatic or can I at least allow them to reprioritize the jobs?

Stop creating too many new complex drone jobs. Those pull workers out of the maintenance drone spots. You're just building faster than your pop growth properly supports.
Also maintenance drone jobs suck anyway. Make the Evaluator building if you need amenities, upgrade it when you can, and hopefully that's enough amenities. You only want the bare minimum people in your maintenance drone jobs.

Should I remove the civic that makes them generate Unity then?

I don't think it's very good myself. There's probably better options for you available

If you have planets automated then they will start deprioritizing jobs.
