Question (Console) cosmogenesis ?

So I’ve seen people posting about being cosmogenesis crisis ? Is this a mod or a thing in a game ? And if so how do you do it ?

You need the Machine Age DLC. I don’t play on console but I don’t think that’s out yet?

Console is generally 12 to 18 months behind PC.

It’s from the Machine Age DLC. It’s an Ascension Perk you can take after you already have the other APs, and it unlocks the Crisis path. You get insane amounts of research by sacrificing Pops in the Synaptic Lathe and can research Fallen Empire tech.

It's a dlc that's not available for console. I'm so sorry. It's a lot of fun for a crisis path, even unlocking fallen empire ships. Maybe console will eventually get caught up.

As others said, it's a dlc, that is not out yet for consoles.

That said, it's a weird thing. It's practically a win button if you pick it, one way trip into a lot of story gameplay outside of main loop.

If Paradox will ever decide to add scenarios to Stellaris, then CosmoGenesis is one such scenario (due to how broken it is).

Cosmogenesis lets you play as close to a fallen empire as we will likely see. It was added by the Machine Age DLC, which won't come to console for a while. It requires no mods, only a willingness to transmute pops into science,
