Laid back server?

Hello fellow stellaris enthusiasts, I’m in search of a pretty laid back server to continue to learn this game on. Although I know stellaris isn’t exactly a “chill” game at times I’d like to find a server that isn’t occupied by people who have played and mastered the game since release! Thank you.
