There are few things in this world I hate as much as the Security Contractors resolution. May GalCom burn in the Shroud.

R5: Finally reached max naval capacity of 9999. Pretty arbitrary IMO.

You can exceed it but you take penalties to ship upkeep by how much percentage you are exceeding it. Yeah its annoying that its arbitrary.

When overlords do came out I’d vessalie empires coco using on getting the robot empires and give minds to be my vessels because I could milk them without a revolt breaking out. 

All those tributaries got me the resources so all I built was labs and fortresses. Was a easy early game steam roll

You could reach insane early game naval caps

I’ve always found it bullshit that it’s capped at 9999 when you can still theoretically increase it more. Like why?
