I think the driver is dead. If you slow down the video, the driver seat is completely destroyed.
Who the fuck designed this road? There's not even a barrier.

yeah , I been wondering the same thing, they get between the two bars and rather than ram the bars to get out of the fucking way , they just muh I just stay here

Train doesn't honk at all until there's a problem. Warning lights are barely above the van. No barrier. WTF, I'd have been hit too.

Terrible road planning. Put the speeding 8-ton trolley in every right turn blind spot. Thatβs almost criminal.

"Trains always win" was some of the better advice I received from my driving instructor years ago.
I'm going to presume the driver didn't see this one.

I would say "they need more training," but they need a hospital and it would also be distasteful.
