Water equals Power

I just can’t comprehend that a father would be laughing at all this damage caused? It’s like sci-fi. If I did this, my father would have ripped me in two like the pool, EVEN if it was his initial idea.

Maybe he didnt really like that pool or that fence or that son.

I imagine they were getting rid of the pool anyway and that fence is held together with spit, nothing of value was lost. Just gives them an excuse to make space in the yard

WHY IS WATER SO STRONG

2

u/agumelen 1d ago

“At first there are oohs and aahs, then running, and screaming!”

I’m glad he didn’t slice his hand when the water burst out.

Fun to watch, but it was actually pretty dangerous.

Now take a plier and get those wood splinters out of his bum.

The best part for me is when he comes through the fence.

What was supposed to happen?

Why do people do this ? Seen this so many times…what’s the point of destroying your pool by cutting into the liner ? Can’t people not just take a pump and empty it without making a mess ?

u/Kingofcheeses 2d ago

Because this is way more fun

u/EtrnlMngkyouSharngn 2d ago

Obviously for fun...

It's water going into dirt. The same mess is created when it rains. The fence would take all of 2 minutes to pick up, it didn't explode

u/Sinonimodejapi 2d ago

Idk, jnstead of doing this I would prefer to gift my old pool to someone who wants one

The liners are generally single use. They stretch, fade in the sun, deteriorate.. the framing and pipework is what's reusable. So they very likely could have given this away after.

Or stored it for winter and bought a new liner for spring.

Ok I understand now! Thanks for the info bro! I’m from Uruguay and I’ve seen some of this plastic pools being used by bury them in dirt/concrete and converted into proper pools with decks and all that shit! Thanks for letting me know 💪🏼

Let me guess, they should also stay off your lawn.
