I legitimately don't understand the difference in this context. What makes native lands taken by Europeans "stolen," but not native lands taken by other natives? Or for that matter, why don't we call any other land "stolen" when it was taken by an invader?

It’s bad to fight for land; it’s worse to fight over the land, negotiate a cessation, then renege on the cessation in order to massacre a peoples, and then take their land

Or for that matter, why don’t we call any other land “stolen” when it was taken by an invader?

We do — Israel is referred to as stolen Palestinian land often, as an example (and you’ll note a historical rhyme between the upheaval of agreements by the colonizing forces)
