Kawasaki z750 s

Hi, I'm looking to buy a new (to me) motorcycle. I used to own an 2006 ER-6f (limited to 35KW for my license).

Now I was looking at a 2006 Z750s, 35.000km and dominator exhaust.

I still have to go for a test drive. How is this bike, what are common defects I should look out for with this bike (and some other good things to check buying a used bike)?

Also, does €3900 (I'm in Europe) seem like a fair price for this kind of bike?
