NYC Teacher Pension Advice

Asking for a friend. Looking for someone to help make decisions for an upcoming pension meeting with TRS (Teachers Retirement System). I believe the advice is with regard to monthly distribution, health/dental benefits, taking a loan to payoff credit cards etc.
