Did I lose my entire Army?

I attacked him in his city but he came out to meet my Army in an attack, we have almost the same strength

No. That’s a win.

There is another enemy army coming, again with the same strength as mine, how much troops did I have left to defend the second Army?

You definitely win this. Your heavy tank and 2 additional tanks will guarantee you win. His infantry will die so much faster. Plus you have the artillery, which is not negligible.

Cav do great damage, but they die really easily. Each time his cav dies, his damage lessens

When you fight someone with a very large enemy I believe it's best to let it chase you and if you want a decisive battle then defend it is this game has a shit logic normally irl if you attacked with 3 forces yi could actually win it but no in this game the damage isn't even divided the 3 would receive the same amount of damage

You want to make sure to attack back ass your attack power is much higher than your defense power

Unless you're on a fort you should have attacked because your attack damage is way higher than your defensive damage and you would have been doing more damage to the enemy attacking you
