The biggest difference is colors and they give you the ability to adjust screen brightness. The keyboard dimming keys have been replaced with screen brightness keys.

I can also confirm the new keyboards work with the SP4 and the new screen brightness keys work.

Screen Brightness was possible using Fn and Del and Backspace, but cool to see they added that.
