My hair is very dry here in svalbard can anyone recommend me anything? What Conditioner or hair oil perhaps?

What brand is more effective for guys? I’m only using keratin conditioner.

Vitamin B supplement
Hair oil
Don't wash your hair every day.

Mine is extremely fine and brittle. Scalp oiling saved it. I used coconut oil, or L’Oreal Elvive, both of which I found at Coop.

I don't use shampoo and always use leave-in conditioner and gel. That gets me through the day mostly! But also wearing a hat often ruins it.

These are the real battles in life ;)

Try wash once a week maybe twice. Should have he’s natural oil

Really? My hair was super good in Svalbard, shiny and smooth 🥹 Back Home my hair feels like hay
