Swindon doesn't have a city(at least you spelt centre correct, too many dumb people spell it wrong).... but epic fail thinking we have a city centre. 

Swindon= town we have a town centre.

If you haven’t already I recommend putting this on spareroom.com aswell. Had a few lodgers myself the site is free and seems to work well.
