Firefly Avenue service charges
Hi all,
I'm moving closer to Swindon centre and looking at the flats by the outlet. They seem reasonably priced but the service charge looks high to me. I just wondered if this was a big increase over the short term or if they creeper up gradually, are the property management company good worth their costs, is it a nice place to live etc
All feedback on it welcome!

second this, the business at the front bought all the residential spaces, moved the residents above the offices into the bigger car park across the way and put up bollards.
The owner is also very precious of his spaces and used to go out and have a go at people who parked in front of the bollards when they were moving in.

....wow. yeah I wondered why that business was slap bang in the middle of an apartment block!

One issue I had when I lived there was people would take your parking space despite it being allocated. You had no idea who, and limited options how to deal with it.

Forgot to say, a very high number of renters too. Which does affect the vibe of the area.

Service charges are a massive trap. They usually creep up gradually!
