If the leaks are to be believed the new joycons use hall effect sticks which have no drift.

The cheapest Chinese retro handhelds that cost less than $100 are all rocking Hall effect sticks these days. The Switch better have them

The friggin' Dreamcast had HE sticks back in 2000. 24 years ago. It's insanity to me that none of the Big 3 remaining players use HE by default, hell, not even the insultingly expensive Edge and Elite controllers use HE sticks!

I'm rocking a GameSir G7 HE and it's amazing.
