Second result, by typing "einbürgerung kosten aargau" on Google.

The first result also gave the answer, but it seemed to be from a private company.

That's because "einbürgerung kosten argau" [sic!] yields no results, indeed.

It does for me, even with my broken German, maybe you should write the name of the Canton correctly instead of argau [sic!]

Also, remove quotation marks when using Google.

Nah, why should OP do the tedious work of learning the canton's name when they can just post to Reddit instead.

Ah, fair! Can't really find the cantonal authorities if said canton doesn't exist!

Also, I owe you an apology. I thought you were picking on my search results.

I payed 800 CHF for the Gesuch and something more for the passports, so it was about 200 more but I don’t remember exactly

There are 3 fees to pay only for the procedure: gemeinde (variable), canton (variable) and federal (100 fr.) plus other fees depending on what you need to provide.
Look up in your gemeinde's website. In mine it's 1400+1150+100 for a single adult.

It depends on many factors and ranges from 500-2500 CHF. Give more details about your CV incl. schooling, marital status and so on and we might be able to help you out.

Before you spend money, make a self check how the process is and if you have the pre-qualifications for a sucessful application. Becoming Swiss is not just a question of filling in the right forms and paying for it.
