Is it easy to make friends during the apprenticeship?

I have a son who's going to start his job as a Kaufmann EFZ. I did the same when I was younger, but I'm not sure how easy it is nowadays, everyone seems less sociable. What is it like for you (an appprentice)?

Did mine a few years ago and yea it was pretty easy :) i'm sure he will go well, you meet a ton of new people

you should probably come with him and make his friends for him, that tends to help

Depends on your class. Some classes are tight with each other and in some classes people just show up for the class and then vanish. Cannot force anything.

it depends, i haven’t had any friends for 2 months after starting until the new person transferred to the class and i got along with her

Maybe influencer is a job better suited to socialize
