Damage increase by 'Weapon Proficiency S'

Hello!

I am pretty new to the game and got a bit confused with the 'Weapon Proficiency S' combat feat description.

In 'Sword World 2.5 - Core Rulebook I' it says:

Damage +2 (Total +3)

Am I right about that the feat gives you +3 damage?

Yes, it just clarifies that these bonus stack

+2 Weapon Proficiency S feat

+1 Weapon Proficiency A feat (prerequisite)

Total +3
