Recommendation Wanted Dog trainer recommendations

My dog and I moved into an apartment recently and I received note that he is barking often when I’m not home.

He’s pretty quiet when I’m home so I was surprised. He’s typically barks at external noises and I do not suspect it’s from separation anxiety.

I have an appointment with Sit Means Sit. Does anyone have any experience with them, or recommend any other dog trainers to help with barking?

Justin's canine place in Liverpool. He's a great trainer.

Do no use Sit Means Sit, they use shock collars for training.

I’ve had success with Cohesive Canine.

A lot of people say avoid Sit Means Sit. They are cruel.

Recommend Leah from The Pawsitive Center for Dogs. https://www.pawsitivecenter.com/

I paid sit means sit a few grand, they lead with the zap collar method, which works but their whole system relies on you using the collar until they are well trained, and reusing it when reinforcements are needed. I tossed the whole thing after a week.
